Australian Business Management (ABM) is a CRICOS approved registered training organisation (RTO) which aims at providing the highest quality of education to guide students towards a successful career. The partnership between ABM and Searchbar has been on a wide range of teams, including digital setups, web, social media, CRM, LMS. Recognising the significance of establishing a robust digital presence, ABM partnered with Searchbar to develop a comprehensive digital strategy. The collaboration between ABM and Searchbar encompassed a diverse range of services, including web development, social media management, CRM implementation, and integration of a Learning Management System (LMS). Considering the intricacies of the education industry, our team meticulously followed industry guidelines while designing and creating the websites. Our team successfully delivered a secure, mobile-responsive, and user-friendly website that effectively showcases all the vital information for prospective students. Understanding the importance of regular customer engagement in the education sector, we formulated social media strategies that boosted brand awareness across popular channels like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.Searchbar also helped in creating an automated student management system to manage the enrolment process and student records efficiently. Leveraging the synchronisation between CRM and automated student management system meant we were able to build automated trigger alerts for students who had received an offer. The team developed a learning management system (LMS) on Moodle platform with an aim to provide an all-inclusive approach to enhance the student experience.
